NJ Laundry Services’ (Om Sai Services LLC) mission is to provide the highest quality on demand laundry and dry cleaning service. We care about each and every one of our customers. We understand your clothes can be expensive items and you are putting your trust in us to take care of your clothes. We therefore provide you with the highest level of service. Unfortunately in the laundry business damages / lost items may infrequently occur despite our best efforts.


We exercise utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us and use such processes that, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and condition of each individual article. We take precautions to ensure that your clothes are handled and cleaned properly. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weakness of or defects in materials that were not readily apparent or reported by you prior to processing. We check all pockets prior to processing your order. However, if there are items such as crayons, pens, lipsticks, or any other items that would melt or leave a stain during the washing process, we are not responsible for any stains or any damage incurred. Ultimately, it is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any conditions, cleaning directions given by the manufacturer, and/or special instructions regarding cleaning and/or laundering. This applies particularly, but not exclusively, to suede, leather, silk, satin, double-face fabrics, vinyl, polyurethane etc. Responsibility also is disclaimed for trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, bells and sequins.


During the dry cleaning or laundering process we cannot guarantee against color loss and shrinkage, or against damage to weak and tender fabrics. The company’s liability with respect to any lost or damaged article during dry cleaning shall not exceed 10 times our charge for processing it.


In the unlikely event that your clothes arrive back damaged please email info@njlaundryservices.com, including a photo and detailed description of damages, and any other evidence. If you are reporting a missing item, unless a list accompanied your bundle our count must be accepted. You must send this email to us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item or missing item. We follow the International Fabricare Fair Claims Guide for reimbursement. Our goal is to always fix the problem first and if we can’t, then the refund process will start. Our support team will review and get back to you within 72 hours to notify you that your claim is being carefully reviewed.


By using our service, you agree that your clothes are suitable to be washed in water, on a normal cycle, and dried using heat in a tumble dryer. We cannot be responsible for any damage to clothing that is not suitable for this standard laundering process. Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse to service items that we feel will be hazardous to our staff, such as items heavily soiled with human or animal waste. This is for the health and safety of our team.


Data Collection: We will collect your name, email address, mailing address, and mobile phone number when you sign up for SMS updates. The information will be collected via the website contact form or email or text message. 

Data Usage: We use your data solely for sending updates, and reminders related to our products or services.

Data Security: We protect your data with secure storage measures to prevent unauthorized access.

Data Retention: We retain your information as long as you are subscribed to our SMS service. You may request deletion at any time.

MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan.

Messages are recurring, and message frequency varies.

Opt-Out: You can opt out of the SMS list at anytime by texting, emailing, or replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to info@njlaundryservices.com or 201-898-2936. After unsubscribing, you will receive a final SMS to confirm you have unsubscribed and we will remove your number from our list within 24 hours. You can send HELP for additional assistance, and you will receive a text including our Phone number, email and website. We are here to help you.

Non-Sharing Clause: We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. NJ Laundry Services (Om Sai Services LLC) will not sell, rent, or share the collected mobile numbers
